Research Overview
Poor air quality has remained a global challenge for decades now. Efforts have been made by several governmental and non-governmental organizations across the globe to reduce particulate matter (PM) concentrations. It has become more important to identify the composition of particles and monitor air quality on a real-time scale since increased PM concentrations directly impact human health, agriculture, forests, wildlife, climate, and indirect impacts on economy and expenditures.
