RESEARCH
Current research projects in the group are focused on a detailed understanding of particle formation and growth dynamics in high-temperature environments, instrument development for particle measurements. The understanding is used for more effective control of particle formation and emissions from combustion systems and the design of synthesis processes to create a range of nanomaterials for application in health care, aerosol assisted 3D Printing. In addition, the projects are being carried out in understanding the airborne transmission of infectious diseases.
